This coffee is about the thrill of trying something new and finding it is so good, that you later want to come back for more. The Limaní and Sarchimor varieties, or México for that matter, don't come across the specialty coffee world that often. The result, however, is exceptional. This coffee tastes a bit like grape juice or tamarind, a fruit typical of the Veracruz state. Albeit exotic and citric, this coffee is comforting with sweetness to honey and cacao which makes it perfect for an everyday companion. Until it runs out and you want more that is...
